Research Team

Fereshteh received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University and is currently a Research Associate. She leads the development and commercialization of a point-of-care urinary tract infection (UTI) diagnostic platform, overseeing technology development, clinical validation, quality management systems, regulatory planning, and commercialization activities. Her expertise spans biomaterials, drug delivery systems, and medical device development, with a focus on translating innovative technologies from research to clinical and commercial applications.
