Research Team

Jonathan is a third-year student in the Biochemistry – Biomedical Research Specialization. He joined the lab in May 2021, as an NSERC USRA student working with Shadman on the DNAzyme-based biosensing food project. In the future, he wants to explore how he can use biomedical engineering to manipulate the interface between transplant and host in organ transplantation and regenerative medicine. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys cooking, reading horror stories, and swimming.
