Kamya Shah
Undergraduate Thesis Student
Kamya (she/her) is a fourth-year student studying Biochemistry and pursuing a Minor in Math. She joined the Didar Lab in 2026 for a research project course over the summer, and will continue as a thesis student working on identifying foodborne pathogens using a phage-based colourimetric detection platform. Outside of the lab, Kamya enjoys watching TV, reading psychological thrillers and mystery books, as well as painting.
