Saakshi has been part of the lab since January 2023, working mainly on projects that explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and bacteriophage therapies. She is also working on a project to learn more about the applications of AI in the food industry and food product life cycle.
She will be completing her 4th-year thesis for the iBioMed Program at the Didar Lab in April 2025 and is excited for what comes next. Outside the lab, Saakshi spends her time baking, discovering new music, and forcing her friends to play new board games!
